What We Sell

FiveM Car Club sells digital vehicle mod files (.ytd, .yft, and related formats) designed for use with the FiveM modification platform for Grand Theft Auto V. All products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase.

License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a mod from FiveM Car Club, you are purchasing a personal use license. This license grants you the right to:

• Install and use the mod files on your own FiveM server(s)
• Use the mod for roleplay, gaming, or entertainment purposes on FiveM
• Install the mod on multiple servers that you personally own or operate

This license does not permit you to:

• Redistribute the mod files to other people, whether for free or for payment
• Resell or re-license the mods to other parties
• Claim ownership of the mod files or present them as your own work
• Upload the files to public repositories, mod-sharing sites, or torrent networks
• Reverse engineer or extract assets for use outside of FiveM
• Include the mods in any paid product or service without explicit written permission from FiveM Car Club

Account Responsibility

If you create an account on fivemcarclub.com, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms, including accounts involved in redistribution of purchased files.

Purchases and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). FiveM Car Club reserves the right to:

• Change product prices at any time without prior notice
• Discontinue, add, or modify products in the store
• Apply or remove promotional discounts and sale pricing

Prices displayed at the time of checkout are the prices you will be charged. Completed purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All mod files, product images, branding, and other content on fivemcarclub.com are the property of FiveM Car Club or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or content without explicit written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
