Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on FiveM Car Club are final. We do not issue refunds. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
We sell digital goods (vehicle mod files) that are delivered instantly upon payment. Once a file has been purchased it cannot be "returned" — digital goods are non-refundable by nature. There are no exceptions to this rule except the single case described below.
Exception: Broken or Defective Files Only
The only situation in which we will consider a refund or replacement is if the file you received is completely broken — meaning it is corrupt, cannot be extracted, or does not function at all in any standard FiveM/FXServer environment.
To qualify under this exception, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The file is genuinely non-functional (will not open, extract, or load in any form).
- You contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase.
- You provide your order ID and clear proof of the defect (screenshots, error messages, or a short video).
In verified cases we will first attempt to provide a working replacement file. If we are unable to do so within a reasonable timeframe, a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to decline any claim that does not meet all conditions above.
What Is Not Covered
The following situations do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances:
- Change of mind — you decided you no longer want the mod after purchasing.
- Incompatibility — the mod does not work with your specific server framework, script setup, or custom configuration. Our files are designed for standard FiveM/FXServer environments.
- File already downloaded — once the file has been accessed or downloaded, no refund will be issued regardless of the reason stated.
- Wrong purchase — you bought the incorrect product. Please review all product details before completing checkout.
- Failure to read the product description — vehicle details, file formats, and requirements are displayed on every product page prior to purchase.
- Server ban or server closure — loss of access to your FiveM server after purchase does not entitle you to a refund.
- Issues reported after 48 hours — any claim submitted more than 48 hours after the purchase timestamp will not be reviewed.
How to Report a Broken File
If your file is genuinely broken and you meet the conditions listed above, contact our support team immediately:
- Email: [email protected]
- Subject line: Broken File — Order #[your order ID]
- Include your order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- Describe exactly what happens when you attempt to use the file
- Attach proof: screenshots, error logs, or a short video demonstrating the defect
Reports submitted without an order ID or without proof of the defect will not be processed. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Filing an unjustified chargeback will result in a permanent ban from FiveM Car Club. Your account will be immediately suspended and all access to purchased files will be revoked.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue, we will:
- Permanently ban your account with no possibility of reinstatement.
- Contest the dispute in full with evidence of delivery, download logs, and these agreed-upon terms.
- Report the fraudulent claim to our payment processor.
If you have a legitimate concern, contact us at [email protected] before taking any action with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks are not a substitute for following this policy.
