FiveM Car Club ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We do not collect payment card numbers directly. All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processors (see below).

- Maintaining your account and purchase history
- Sending order confirmation and download emails
- Responding to support requests
- Detecting and preventing fraudulent activity and unauthorized access
- Improving our website and services
We will not use your data for marketing emails without your explicit consent, and we will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate our platform. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:
- Paddle — Payment processing. When you make a purchase, your payment details are handled directly by Paddle. We receive only transaction confirmation and order details. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- Google OAuth — If you choose to sign in using Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to create or link your account. We do not receive your Google password. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not share your personal data with any other third parties except as required by law.
Cookies
FiveM Car Club uses only essential session cookies — small text files stored in your browser that keep you logged into your account during a visit. We do not use:
- Advertising or tracking cookies
- Third-party analytics cookies
- Persistent cross-site tracking of any kind
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser or log out. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Account data (email, name) — retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request
- Order records — retained for a minimum of 2 years for legal and accounting purposes, even after account deletion
- IP address logs — retained for up to 90 days for security monitoring, then purged
- Session data — expires when you log out or your session times out (typically 7–30 days)
Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — You can update your account information directly from your profile page
- Deletion — You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us (note: order records may be retained for legal compliance)
- Portability — You can request an export of your account data in a machine-readable format

Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and IP-based access controls for administrative functions. However, no system is completely secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
